2018 Summer Student Research Team Member Process Update

Each summer Washington University welcomes students from across the country to participate in research experiences on campus. Several years ago, HRPO instituted a process to facilitate the addition of summer students as research team members. We have updated the process to add summer students for 2018.

We hope to make it as smooth and quick as possible for faculty and staff to obtain approval so students can gain valuable research experience.

Below are links to directions that should be followed to add a summer student to a research team and the template agreement. Please read and follow the directions carefully to avoid delays in approval.
