Administrator Recruitment & Diversity

I am a Native of Webster Groves, MO /St. Louis, County. While pursuing my Mass Communication/TV & Radio Production major, I attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

I joined Barnes-Jewish Hospital staff as a phlebotomist. While working for Barnes-Jewish, a wonderful opportunity became available for me to join the Washington University Chromalloy Kidney Center as a Dialysis Tech in 1989. At that time, I became interested in Clinical Research.

Throughout several years at Wash-U, I worked as a Research Study Coordinator and Recruiter for the Department of Neurology/Jin-Moo Lee, MD, and a Research Coordinator for the Department of Anesthesiology/Charles Hogue, MD.

In 2006, I joined the HSC department (now known as “HRPO”) as an Expedited Research Coordinator. December 2024 will be 24 years of service as a Wash-U employee, 18 years of the 24 has been with HRPO.

Currently, I am member of the Washington University Women’s Club, and a member of the Danforth Campus Diversity and Inclusion Forum for Faculty & Staff (DIFFS). During my free time, I love Dimond Painting, building Legos and playing my drums.
